A: These issues often occur when you sign up using “Sign in with Apple” and choose to hide your email address. Apple then creates a unique Private Relay Email (e.g., xyz123@privaterelay.appleid.com). This distinct email address is tied to your Apple login for our service and must be used for future logins or support inquiries.

What to Do:

    1. Sign In: Open the app or visit the website and select “Sign in with Apple.”
    2. Locate Email: Once logged in, navigate to Account Settings and find the email address associated with your profile.
    3. Verify Private Relay: If you see an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, this is the correct email to use.

  • Q: I used “Sign in with Apple” and now it says I don’t have a subscription.

A: If you subscribed through an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV) but the app isn’t recognizing your active subscription, you may need to manually restore your purchase.

How to Restore Your Purchase (iOS Devices Only):

    1. Open App: Launch the ROOT SPORTS Stream app on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
    2. Log In: Tap Login and sign in using the Apple ID associated with your subscription.
    3. Go to Settings: Navigate to Account Settings.
    4. Access Subscription: Tap on the Subscription section.
    5. Restore: Scroll down and tap Restore Purchase.
    6. Confirm: Confirm your Apple ID if prompted and follow any on-screen instructions.

Apple should then validate your previous purchase and grant you access to your plan.

  • Q: I accidentally created multiple accounts and can’t tell which one has the subscription.

A: If you suspect you have multiple accounts, check the email address shown in the Account Settings of each account you can access. Then, verify your active subscriptions directly through your Apple ID settings. If you’re still unable to identify the correct account with the active subscription, please contact our support team with the email addresses you’ve used.
